




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative support in development and selection, managing evaluations, objectives, promotions, and personnel processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative support in personnel development and selection. 2. Management of performance evaluations and selection processes. 3. Collaboration in improving information systems and automation. We seek a person to perform administrative support tasks within the development and selection area. Responsibilities include supporting performance evaluations, objective management, merit-based promotions, and personnel selection processes. Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Power BI is required, along with advanced expertise in Microsoft 365\. Administrative tasks will also be performed in SAP HR, and data entry will be conducted across various applications. You will collaborate on improving information systems and automating processes. You will prepare reports on evaluations, objectives, experience, and staffing. A high school diploma or higher vocational training qualification is required. At least two years of experience in similar roles, as well as advanced-level experience using Microsoft 365 and Excel, are essential. A partial retirement relief contract (50% coverage) is offered, with a part-time working schedule of 3 hours and 45 minutes per day. The annual gross salary ranges from €9,508 to €18,536, plus a variable component. Working hours will be adapted to the position and may involve shift work.
