




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to manage and follow up on rental assistance files, verify documentation, and assist applicants, with fluency in Catalan. Telephone and in-person public service We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in Barcelona, with experience in managing and following up on rental assistance files. It will be necessary to review documentation, verify compliance with requirements, and assist applicants. Proficiency in Catalan is essential. Responsibilities include receiving, registering, and verifying applications, checking supporting documents such as rental contracts or income statements. The role also involves resolving incidents and keeping files up to date on the relevant platforms, as well as providing telephone and in-person public service. A two-month temporary contract is offered, with potential extension, in a hybrid format and morning schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 14:00, amounting to a part-time workload of six hours per day. The gross monthly salary will be €1\.164,09.
