Willingness to learn and progress within the organization In Alcobendas, we are looking for an administrative assistant to perform collections recovery tasks and record them in the ERP system, as well as manage digital platforms and support the accounting department. The role also includes other administrative duties inherent to the position, such as document handling and coordination with other teams. This is a full-time position, with 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday. The schedule follows a split shift from 08:30 to 17:30, including legally mandated breaks. This is an on-site position requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a consistently fast-paced environment. * At least one year of experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible and hardworking individual with interpersonal skills (both internally and externally). A methodical and disciplined worker.
