We are looking for a young, proactive, motivated individual interested in professional growth within the HR department, who can help our company grow at our Seville offices and further professionalize our **HR Department** in the role of **Labor/HR Technician**. **Responsibilities**: * Support in recruitment processes and candidate sourcing. * Support in labor contract management, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * Employee and manager support and assistance regarding HR-related queries. * Collaboration in personnel administration tasks such as vacation tracking, documentation management, and payroll processing. * Updating and organizing employee databases and information. * Supporting implementation of collective bargaining agreements and current labor regulations. * Managing and organizing occupational risk prevention documentation. * Collaborating with the HR team on daily administrative and labor support tasks. **What We Offer**: * Permanent contract. Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:30, Friday 9:00–15:00. * On-site work. REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Labor Relations, HR, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in functions related to this position. * Effective communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with employees and their managers. * Proactivity and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. * Analytical skills to collect, analyze, and present HR-related data. * Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
