That’s why we’re looking for a versatile professional who enjoys bridging teams and ensuring our stores are efficient, future-ready spaces. #### **If what matters most to you is...** * **Continuous learning:** A dynamic environment that challenges you to master cutting-edge topics—from energy efficiency and IoT systems to BIM and CAFM methodologies. * **Teamwork:** A culture rooted in mutual trust, where you’ll collaborate closely with Expansion, Legal, Maintenance, and Construction teams. * **Stability and growth:** The strength of a major brand in full expansion, committed to long-term career paths and internal talent retention. * **Human-centered culture:** An environment where people are at the core, communication is open and transparent, and your daily well-being is a genuine priority. #### **This challenge is right for you if...** * You hold a degree in **Engineering** (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or similar) **or Architecture**. * You bring **3–6 years of experience** in technical roles within the *retail*, *real estate*, *facility management*, or *multisite* sectors—combining document management, facility maintenance, and construction execution. * You are proficient in managing **complex installations in large-scale facilities** (HVAC, electricity, fire protection systems) and are comfortable using tools such as AutoCAD, CMMS, or CAFM (BIM knowledge is a plus). * You possess an **analytical, organized, and versatile profile**, capable of alternating strategic office-based work with nationwide on-site visits. * You communicate effectively and have a **minimum English level of B2\**, enabling you to understand technical documentation and collaborate in a global environment. #### **Your responsibilities will include...** Your primary mission will be to ensure maximum technical efficiency, control, and traceability across our entire asset portfolio, serving as a cross-departmental liaison. * **Technical Data Governance:** Centralize and maintain up-to-date "as-built" documentation, permits, and certificates for all assets in digital repositories, rigorously validating surface area consistency (GLA/SBA). * **Efficiency and Sustainability:** Monitor and report energy consumption and photovoltaic generation via BMS and IoT systems, designing KPI dashboards to drive carbon footprint reduction. * **Due Diligence and CAPEX:** Conduct technical audits for acquisition and disposal processes, identifying infrastructure risks and investment needs. * **Operational Support and Construction Projects:** Provide hands-on support to the national maintenance team and lead the management of small-scale store renovation or adaptation projects—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. #### **What we offer...** * **Impactful Onboarding:** We design a personalized onboarding program so you deeply understand the technical department’s strategy and feel like part of the team from day one. * **Tailored Development:** We grow with you.
