We work on SaaS projects, mobile applications, training platforms, hospitality technology, connected experiences, augmented reality, and AI-based solutions. We are in a growth phase and are looking to bring on board the person who will technically lead our development team over the coming years. ### **What We Are Looking For** We seek a senior technical professional who wants to continue coding, but also enjoys helping other developers grow and making high-impact technical decisions. We are not looking for a pure manager. We want someone who continues developing, participates in project architecture, and becomes the team’s technical reference. ### **Your Mission** To be WEJYC’s technical reference. Help scale our projects, processes, and team. You will work hand-in-hand with leadership to define how we develop software and how the technology department grows. ### **Responsibilities** #### **Technical Leadership** * Define architectures and technical approaches for new projects. * Review code and maintain quality standards. * Mentor and support the development team. * Identify technical risks and propose solutions. * Improve internal development processes. * Ensure technical quality of projects. #### **Development** * Actively participate in developing complex features. * Design APIs and third-party integrations. * Collaborate in defining the technical specifications of new products. * Support deployments and infrastructure when needed. * Resolve complex technical incidents. #### **Project Participation** * Participate in technical kick-offs with clients. * Collaborate on estimations and planning. * Coordinate with design, product, and business teams. * Help define technical roadmaps. ### **Requirements** #### **Mandatory** * More than 3 years of software development experience. * Solid experience with Python and Django. * Experience designing REST APIs. * Knowledge of Vue.js or another modern frontend framework. * Experience reviewing code and working collaboratively in a team. * Ability to make technical decisions. * Strong communication skills. #### **Highly Desirable** * Experience leading technical teams. * Experience with SaaS platforms. * Knowledge of DevOps and cloud infrastructure. * Experience in mobile applications. * Experience in artificial intelligence projects. * Experience working at technology agencies or software consultancies. #### **Salary Range** **€38,000 – €45,000 gross per year** Depending on experience, expertise, and fit for the role. ### **Why This Role Is Different** This will be WEJYC’s first technical leadership hire.
