Your primary mission will be to **drive the specification of Carrier solutions in Data Center projects**, establishing trusted relationships with engineering firms, consultants, and designers from the earliest project phases. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify Data Center projects in early design stages. * Develop and maintain relationships with **engineering firms, consultants, and specifiers specialized in DCs**. * Ensure Carrier solutions are **specified within the project design**. * Provide technical advisory support on climate control solutions for critical infrastructure. * Present and technically defend Carrier solutions to engineering firms, consultants, and customers. * Participate in defining the HVAC architecture of the project. * Track progress from design and specification through to award. * Collaborate closely with **Sales, Application Engineering, Product Management, and other internal teams**. * Identify market trends, new projects, and opportunities within the Data Center sector. * Represent Carrier at technical meetings, seminars, and specialized events. **Profile** * Industrial, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or related degree. * Experience in **HVAC, climate control, refrigeration, or installations**. * Experience working with engineering firms and/or consultants. * Experience in **Data Centers, mission-critical infrastructure, or high-availability installations** is highly valued. * Knowledge of climate control and refrigeration systems. * Ability to interpret technical documentation and project drawings. * Professional English proficiency. **Competencies** We seek a candidate combining **strong technical expertise and influence capability**: * English proficiency is mandatory. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to build long-term trusted relationships. * Business orientation. * Influence and negotiation skills. * Analytical mindset. * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments. * Curiosity and capacity for continuous learning. **Salary Range** The annual salary for this position ranges between €47,500.00–€94,500.00. Factors influencing compensation within this range may include, among others, skills, education, experience, and other specific qualifications of the selected candidate.
