The selected candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary team, carrying out individual, family, and group interventions, as well as awareness-raising and prevention activities. Main responsibilities: * Conduct initial assessments of children and adolescents (CA) and families to identify educational, relational, and social needs. * Collaborate with the technical team in developing and monitoring personalized intervention pathways. * Carry out individual and family interventions, promoting consistent educational guidelines, healthy habits, and positive conflict resolution. * Deliver group workshops for children and adolescents (CA) and awareness-raising and FPV prevention activities. * Maintain continuous coordination with other professionals and community resources (Social Services, Mental Health Centers, school counselors, etc.). * Prepare reports and protocols, and participate in team meetings and case follow-ups. **Profile:** Bachelor's Degree in Social Education Preferred: Additional training in mediation or family intervention is valued.
