Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to comprehensively manage building projects, overseeing progress and ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of building projects from planning to handover 2. Quality, safety, schedule, and profitability (EBITDA) supervision 3. Team leadership, problem solving, and adoption of new technologies Site Manager position in Aldaia, targeted at professionals with extensive experience in managing and supervising building construction projects. The selected candidate will manage the project comprehensively, from initial planning through final handover, ensuring all objectives are met. This includes continuous monitoring of physical and financial progress, preparation of financial forecasts, and adjustments to maintain profitability according to EBITDA parameters. The candidate will also supervise the execution schedule, coordinating teams and suppliers to ensure each phase is completed within the planned timeframe. Additionally, the candidate guarantees maximum work quality by applying technical and regulatory standards. Occupational safety and environmental protection are fundamental pillars, supported by ongoing preventive measures to avoid accidents and environmental impacts. Smooth communication and periodic reporting keep all departments aligned and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project. The working environment is collaborative and dynamic, equipped with the necessary tools to perform duties effectively. Strong organizational skills, team leadership, and problem-solving capability are required. Adoption of new construction technologies is considered a valuable asset for continuously optimizing processes and improving outcomes. A degree in Technical Architecture or Civil Engineering is required. A minimum of 6–8 years’ verifiable experience in managing building construction projects within the Valencian Community is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding organizational and teamwork abilities, as well as experience using construction planning tools and systems. Knowledge of and passion for applying new technologies in the construction sector will be positively regarded. A personal vehicle is required for travel inherent to the role.
