We also offer solutions with the application of vacuum and high vacuum technologies for traditional and high\-tech industries in the energy and aerospace sectors, as well as scientific experimentation.** **Apply now and become part of our team!** **Job Description** We are looking for an **R\&D Project Engineer** to join our offices in **Terrassa**, within the **R\&D Department**. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading assigned projects, ensuring their proper execution from technical, scheduling, and budgetary control perspectives. Among the main responsibilities is ensuring that assigned **R\&D and Process Engineering (PE)** projects comply with **mechanical, control, process, and/or digitalization specifications**, actively participating in all project phases. This includes both **design** and **assembly, prototyping, and testing** stages, collaborating closely with the rest of the project team. Additionally, the candidate will lead the project team from a technical perspective, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and defined objectives, while consistently aligning technical solution proposals and implementations with **Syntegon Telstar Group guidelines and standards**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the technical development of assigned projects. * Stay updated on state-of-the-art technology in the field. * Report possible deviations regarding schedule or cost of proposed solutions. * Coordinate the implementation of each solution with affected departments. * Coordinate prototype assembly activities. * Ensure creation of necessary test protocols for proper solution validation. * Analyze risks associated with each solution. * Document project progress using spreadsheets, design guides, and assembly guides. * Continuous Improvement: Promote environmental protection by implementing company-defined actions and proposing new initiatives directly impacting the candidate's area. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Thermal-Energy, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, and/or Industrial Technologies). Nice to have: Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or proven experience in machinery design and/or professional training acquired through regular practice. **Experience:** Minimum 3\-5 years managing special machinery engineering projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. **Additional Information** Willingness to travel (~10\-30%).
