You will join a socio-educational intervention team to support children, adolescents, and young people in their educational process. You will deliver academic support and reinforcement sessions in diverse groups, adapting activities to students’ varying levels and needs. Your work will have a direct impact on the development of their academic competencies, autonomy, and study techniques, combining educational mentoring with the use of technological resources. What will be your main responsibilities? Design and deliver academic support and reinforcement sessions tailored to students’ needs. Develop cross-cutting competencies such as study techniques, autonomy, and organization. Identify and adapt innovative educational resources, including digital tools. Plan, organize, and record activities and student follow-up. Coordinate with professional and volunteer teams to provide comprehensive intervention. Maintain timely communication with families. Prepare reports and monitor outcomes. Participate in organizational activities and events. Contribute to creating an inclusive, equitable, and discrimination-free educational environment, integrating a gender perspective. What will you find? Experience working with populations at risk of social exclusion. Familiarity with the CaixaProinfancia program will be considered an asset.
