We combine artistic avant-garde with traditional manufacturing processes. **What we offer** -------------------- * **Contract:** Permanent full-time contract (following an initial probationary period). * **Schedule:** Rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, or fixed shifts depending on the plant area’s requirements. * **Environment:** Direct integration into a solid company with international prestige and unique cultural roots. **What we require** ------------------- **Job mission** Ensure the correct execution of assigned production process stages, adhering to established timelines and brand technical specifications. **Minimum requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in industrial environments, continuous production factories, or similar artisanal workshops. * **Manual dexterity:** Skill, steady hand, and meticulousness for safely handling fragile porcelain pieces. * **Residence:** Preferably residing in the A Mariña Lucense region or having immediate relocation availability. * **Personal competencies:** Ability to work effectively in a team, rigor in following and complying with technical instructions, and proactivity. **Desirable requirements** * Vocational training (Intermediate Level) in Ceramic Product Manufacturing Operations or equivalent. * Prior specific experience operating industrial machinery and industrial processes. ### **Follow us on LinkedIn!** ### **Share this job posting**
