We are looking for a Production Assistant with previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, ideal for those seeking professional growth opportunities in a stable environment. Main responsibilities include assisting the Machine Operator throughout the entire production process, preparing the raw materials required for the production line, and carrying out auxiliary tasks such as labeling, boxing, and palletizing of the finished product. We offer a position with an initial three-month contract, followed by a possible direct transition to the company. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The salary follows the graphic arts collective agreement, with a base hourly rate plus night shift supplements when applicable. * Immediate availability to start. * Residence in Badalona or nearby areas, or own transportation to reach the workplace. * Work experience in the graphic arts, cardboard packaging, and/or labeling sector as: Production Worker; Handler; Machine Assistant; Packaging Operator; Labeling Operator. * Forklift license is a plus
