Through a clear three-year strategic plan, process-oriented work, multidisciplinary teams, and continuous employee development. **What We Offer** ---------------- * A permanent contract with a rapidly growing company offering long-term prospects. * Personal and professional development within a young and experienced team. * Flexible start time between 07:00\-08:30 * Work-life balance and flexibility across many areas as a company policy. * Annual development interviews to provide continuous feedback. **What We Require** ------------------- **MISSION:** To manage new projects effectively, ensuring supplier development to achieve optimal coordination and communication, thereby enhancing supply chain management and adding value through mutual contributions between client companies and subcontractors — ultimately supplying the industrial market with sector-specific electromechanical solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Finalize supply agreements aligned with company objectives. * Comply with QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) standards across the supply chain. * Provide comprehensive supply assurance. * Identify new suppliers according to required specifications and technologies, at local, national, and international levels. * Manage and develop new suppliers at local, national, and international levels. * Conduct supplier visits and negotiate supply agreements and financial terms. * Apply product-specific margin increases and price reductions when necessary. * Manage issues related to supplier invoices. * Contribute to profitability and logistics goals to optimize resources and processes. * Support colleagues in procurement, supply, and administration as required. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical profile * **Problem-solving mindset** * **Strong willingness and ability to learn** * **Proficiency in office software** * **Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred** * **Fluent spoken and written English, Basque, and Spanish.** **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle **JOIN A GREAT FAMILY.** ------------------------------------ AGUI comprises a large team of highly qualified professionals with extensive sector experience.
