We are currently seeking to hire a **Level 2 Network and Security Technician** to participate in a stable, long-term project with an important client located in **Tres Cantos (Madrid)**. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- You will join a specialized team focused on infrastructure and security, participating in project execution, change implementation, and advanced support for network and security environments. ### **Main responsibilities** * Execution of technical tasks derived from projects according to client requirements. * Implementation and management of changes in network and security infrastructures. * Preparation and updating of technical documentation and procedures. * Coordination with various departments and technical teams to ensure proper project execution. * Resolution of incidents and management of advanced-level tickets. * Participation in scheduled interventions outside regular working hours when required by the service. * Monitoring and control of actions carried out in managed environments. REQUIREMENTS ### **Minimum requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience in network administration and management**. * **CCNA** certification or equivalent. * Solid knowledge of **Routing & Switching**. * Experience in administration and management of **firewalls and perimeter security solutions**. * Experience using ticketing and incident management tools. * Basic knowledge or experience with technologies from the following vendors: * Cisco * Fortinet * Palo Alto Networks * Check Point * Infoblox * F5 * Aruba ### **Desirable requirements** * Proactive profile with initiative and problem-solving orientation. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to work under pressure in critical environments. * Teamwork orientation. * Knowledge of security solutions: * NGFW (Check Point, Palo Alto, and Fortinet). ### **Especially valued** * **CCNP** certification. * **Fortinet** certifications. * **Palo Alto Networks** certifications. * Prior experience in managed services or end-client environments. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- A stable project within an established and growing company.
