REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ * Minimum **3 years of experience** in network administration or operations. * Solid knowledge of **Routing \& Switching**. * Experience working with **firewalls** and network security. * Familiarity with vendors such as **Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, HP**, or similar. * Experience with **ticketing tools**. * Interest in working within managed environments and with end clients. **We will positively consider additional qualifications such as:** ---------------------------------------------------- * **CCNA certification**. * **Fortinet certification**. * Prior experience in managed services or NOC / Level 2 support. *(Certifications are not mandatory if you possess strong technical foundations and eagerness to learn)*
