Your Mission You’ll be directly responsible for the visual identity of our clients (major festivals and top-tier clubs). Your goal is to raise the graphic standard—ensuring every key visual, every social post, and every digital asset exudes sophistication and energy. You won’t just design; you’ll establish the agency’s aesthetic foundations—and in the short term, lead and mentor new talent joining the team. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Responsibilities): * Creation of Impactful Key Visuals: You’ll design the flagship piece (poster art) for high-caliber festivals and events, adapting it for ticketing platforms and global campaigns. * Social Media Visual Architecture: This isn’t about isolated posts. You’ll design cohesive visual systems and grid layouts for Instagram and TikTok that sustain brand narrative over time. * Brand Guardian: You’ll safeguard each client’s graphic line—ensuring sophistication remains intact from printed flyers to web banners. * Scalable Leadership: As the design reference, you’ll prepare the groundwork (style guides, workflows) to lead the next junior designer who joins under your supervision. * Human-AI Fusion: You’ll leverage tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion to amplify creativity, accelerate sketching, and achieve hyperrealistic finishes impossible with traditional methods alone. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Minimum 5 years designing for visually high-impact industries (Music, Fashion, Entertainment, or High-End Advertising). * A "Wow" Portfolio: Your book must speak for itself. We seek exquisite typography, bold composition, and an aesthetic fluent in the codes of luxury nightlife. * Art Director Mindset: Ability to see the full forest (the brand) while designing the single tree (today’s social post). * Hybrid Technical Mastery: Absolute proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai), plus fluency—or voracious eagerness to learn—in generative AI tools. * Ownership: You manage your time and deliverables autonomously.
