We are looking for a **Labor Relations Technician** to collaborate with us in the **Human Resources department, supporting and providing legal assistance in managing our team’s labor relations**. If you have experience providing **labor advisory services to employees, interpreting and applying labor regulations, and supporting daily operational labor management**, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** * Provide labor legal support and manage judicial calendars. Prepare documentation and defense strategies for litigation, in collaboration with external law firms. * Represent the company before the Labor Inspectorate, Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Services, or any other relevant authority in each Autonomous Community. * Implement preventive and training initiatives across various business lines and their labor relations. * Establish common policies and protocols across the company on diverse topics such as equality, disciplinary regimes, working time adaptation and specification, and RLPT (Legal Representation of Workers) information. * Participate in various negotiation forums and tables with the Legal Representation of Workers (Works Councils, Employee Delegates, and trade unions), across different collective procedures—such as Equality Plans, Harassment Protocols, Working Time Registers, MSCT (Collective Bargaining Agreements), remuneration, calendars, etc. **Requirements:** * University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the construction and energy sectors. * Advanced knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, and equality management. * Strong communication, adaptability, autonomy, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Microsoft 365 suite * English B2 **What we offer:** ✨ Stability in a solid and pleasant work environment Continuous training tailored to your role Flexible compensation (transportation, meals, medical insurance, childcare, training) * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
