Manage and guide design teams We seek a creative professional with several years of experience in user interface (UI)/UX and interaction design. A person who can align business requirements with user needs through effective, goal-driven, conversion-oriented design. Must be able to make graphical and interactive decisions based on objective data, metrics, and research, while maintaining appropriate vision and aesthetic standards. Will oversee the entire process—from wireframes to the creation of interactive prototypes. ### **Responsibilities** * Translate business concepts, ideas, visions, and objectives into attractive and functional designs capable of communicating effectively and delivering satisfying user experiences. * Create design solutions and user experiences. * Define the visual identity of interactive products: clean, timeless, and intuitive. * Assist in defining interaction models, user workflows, wireframes, and UI specifications. * Ideate, explore, present, and test design alternatives. * Participate in various user experience testing activities. * Incorporate findings from user research into design work. * Define graphic quality standards, as well as documentation and process standards within the field. ### **Skills** * \+5 years of experience in defining and executing interactive design, product websites, e-commerce sites, and high-traffic mobile websites. * Ability to be flexible and dynamic, and to work across multiple workflows. * Ability to understand and communicate concepts through wireframes, flows, and prototypes. * Ability to stay current with modern design tools and applications. * Work effectively in high-performance, production-oriented environments with tight deadlines. * Ability to tell compelling stories about one’s designs and confidently present one’s work. * Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress and successes. * Skill in managing design teams: conveying graphic concepts, reviewing work, and mentoring less-experienced designers.
