You will become part of the production team, performing key tasks in the finishing process of metal parts. What will you do in this position? \* Preparation and conditioning of parts for painting, metallizing, and blasting processes. \* Application of paint via spray gun inside a booth, ensuring uniform and high-quality finishes. \* Performing metallizing and blasting tasks using a spray gun. \* Use of PPE and breathing apparatus during booth operations. \* Visual inspection of parts and performing touch-ups and corrections as needed. \* Handling and positioning of parts using an overhead crane and forklift. \* Cleaning and basic maintenance of the workstation and equipment. \* Compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures. What do we offer? \* Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. \* Shift schedule: Initially afternoon shift, with potential biweekly rotation among morning, afternoon, and night shifts later on. \* Competitive salary: Group 6 under the applicable collective agreement (28\. 031, 59 €/year gross) . Gross hourly rate: 16, 05€. \* Initial temporary employment agency (ETT) contract, with real prospects of permanent integration into the client company's workforce. \* Immediate incorporation ### **Requirements** \* Prior experience in industrial spray painting, preferably within enclosed booths. \* Proficiency in handling spray guns and knowledge of their configurations. \* Knowledge of surface preparation techniques. \* Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts (training and valid certification are advantageous). \* Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and proactive attitude.
