




DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Human Resources Technician to join our EOSOL Engineering Division at our Murcia office. We want to incorporate a person with excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive, solution-oriented, and with a strong collaborative spirit and empathy. The main function of the person to be hired will be the implementation and management of all Talent Management programs, aimed at facilitating the growth of all professionals. Main responsibilities include: * Supervise all Personnel Administration processes across 6 countries in collaboration with other department members and labor advisors: hiring, terminations, and payroll processing. * Participate in the implementation and standardization of Talent Management policies for assigned Business Units—recruitment and selection, onboarding and integration, performance evaluation, training and development, and compensation and benefits—as well as carry out all related programs, actions, and processes. * Support and advise assigned Business Unit managers and employees on labor law matters, as well as departmental and Group policies and procedures. * Manage administrative and tax documentation for expatriate employees. * Participate in organizing internal communication activities that generate a positive impact on employees and organizational culture, encourage team participation, and facilitate information gathering for the Group. REQUIREMENTS We are seeking a candidate with knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a special focus on recruitment and personnel administration.
