The selected candidate will work closely with the kitchen team, managing the team, applying culinary expertise, and assisting in food preparation and production. You must comply with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a pleasant and productive working environment. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the kitchen team and communicate with clients to ensure optimal service. * Develop culinary preparations, guarantee adherence to defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Design menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed.
