Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to ensure efficiency and quality in paper finishing and adhesive manufacturing processes, supervising operations and optimizing workflows. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure maximum efficiency and quality in paper finishing and adhesive manufacturing 2. Supervise key processes such as glue application, embossing, and rewinding 3. Optimize workflow through technical information analysis We are looking for a technically skilled individual to manage paper finishing and adhesive manufacturing processes. The primary mission is to ensure maximum efficiency and quality in all operations. Responsibilities include supervising paper finishing processes such as glue application, watermarking, embossing, and rewinding. Maintaining high standards throughout the entire production cycle is essential to contribute to the overall productivity of the plant in Pobla de Claramunt. The ability to analyze technical information and apply it to optimize workflows will be highly valued. Responsibility, strong communication skills, and initiative in solving problems within a manufacturing environment are important qualities for this position. Compulsory Secondary Education. A Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Paper Industries, Graphic Arts, or a related field is desirable. Prior experience in paper industry environments (gluing, watermarking, embossing, or rewinding) is highly valued. Forklift operator license. Analytical ability, initiative, responsibility, and communication skills.
