We don’t seek someone who merely writes code—we seek a passionate professional eager to make an impact, evolve within an elite community, and witness the real-world effect of their work from day one. ### **Your Mission** In this role, your challenges and responsibilities will center on purpose and technological innovation: * Design and build efficient, modular, and scalable front\-end architectures. * Ensure maximum software quality through implementation of unit, integration, and accessibility testing. * Actively collaborate in defining Microfront\-ends strategies and build-tool optimization. * Ensure smooth communication in international environments with clients and cross-disciplinary teams. ### **Your Arsenal (What We’re Looking For)** **Must-Have (Mandatory Requirements):** * **Experience:** 3+ years in Front\-End development. * **Core Technical Skills:** Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES5/ES6\) and HTML (3–5 years of experience), along with CSS (1–3 years). * **Frameworks:** 3–5 years of experience with at least one major framework (Angular, ReactJS, Vue, Polymer, or Lit\-HTML/Lit\-Element). * **Testing QA:** Robust experience (3–5 years) in unit and component testing (Karma, Chai, Sinon, Jasmine, or Mocha), and 1–3 years in Integration, E2E (WebDriverIO, Selenium), Visual (Playwright), and Accessibility testing. * **Ecosystem \& Tools:** Experience with JSON, REST and web\-services (3–5 years), version control using GIT (3–5 years), and configuration/management of CI tools such as Yarn, NPM, or Bower (3–5 years). * **Languages:** Advanced English (C1\), with demonstrated verbal fluency. **Highly Valued (Desirable Additions):** * Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and TypeScript (1–3 years). * Familiarity or hands-on experience with Rollup, Webpack, or Node-based CLI tools (less than 1 year). * Familiarity with advanced design patterns and Microfront\-ends strategies. * Exposure to backend technologies such as Java (Spring Framework), Docker environments, or Azure DevOps (less than 1 year).
