Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented personnel to operate and supervise flexographic machinery, with a focus on preparation, setup, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Team integration and adaptation to working dynamics We are looking for personnel for the printing department, focused on operating and supervising specialized flexographic machinery. Key responsibilities include feeding the machine with required materials, starting up and configuring equipment, as well as assembling components such as sleeves. The role also entails ink preparation and rigorous quality control of printed paper, ensuring compliance with established standards. A Medium or Higher Vocational Qualification (FP I, FP II, CFGM or CFGS) in Graphic Arts, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Prior experience in Offset, Gravure or Flexographic printing will be valued. We seek a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, capable of integrating quickly into the team and adapting to dynamic work environments. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for development and permanent incorporation into the company, subject to performance. Remuneration will be set according to the applicable collective agreement, ranging from €24.000 to €30.000 gross per annum. Working hours follow an American shift pattern or 7/2 rotating shifts, or three weekly shifts. Parking is available and public transport access is excellent. Vocational Training (FPI, FP II, CFGM or CFGS) in Graphic Arts, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar fields is mandatory. Official certification must be provided. Experience in Offset, Gravure or Flexographic printing is desirable. Immediate availability is required. Prior experience of at least one year in similar positions is valued.
