Inclusive and collaborative work environment Asidma Social Services is recruiting a Coordination Assistant at its Las Palmas office to support the management and supervision of activities within the socio-healthcare and home-care service area. **Main Responsibilities** * Supporting coordination of services for people in situations of dependency. * Managing schedules, staff rosters, and auxiliary staff follow-up. * Answering phone calls from users and their families. * Performing basic administrative tasks: filing, incident tracking, data entry into CRM. * Maintaining continuous communication with the technical team and operational staff. * Supporting organizational process improvement and daily incident resolution. **Requirements** * Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP) in Administrative Management, or an Administrative Professional Certification. * Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination or administrative management tasks. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capacity. **Additional merits (preferred but not required)** * Knowledge of the socio-healthcare sector or experience in home-help services (SAD). * Prior experience working in organizations with a social focus. * Teamwork ability and adaptability to change. **Offered** * Indefinite-term contract. * Monday to Friday morning shift. * Initial training provided by the company. * Inclusive and collaborative work environment. **Commitment to Equal Opportunities** **Our organization champions social and labor inclusion**.
