The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Part-time position, 20 hours per week * Schedule: rotating morning or afternoon shifts, plus alternate weekends * Salary according to the Valencia Communal Catering Collective Agreement * Contract Duration: Indefinite, 20 hours per week * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and supervise the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. Requirements * Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Management, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in the hospitality sector, communal catering, restaurant operations, or related fields. * Preference given to candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. * Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. * Team-oriented mindset. * Flexible availability.
