DESCRIPTION ### **What we’re looking for…** An expert in **conversational experience design**, who can gather and translate business needs into natural, efficient, and user-centered voice experiences. We seek someone with solid expertise in conversational flow design who collaborates with development teams to implement designed logic in production environments, **with prior experience in banking-sector projects**. ### **Specifically, your responsibilities will include:** * Designing conversational logic. * Designing and applying experience patterns composed of visual elements and narrative structures, aiming to apply them while adhering to **best practices for bot training**. * Enhancing mutual understanding between users and bots. * Tuning and training natural language understanding (NLU) models to ensure accurate detection of intents and entities. * Documenting work clearly and systematically to facilitate development efforts. * Evaluating and improving conversations through data analysis, user testing, and conversational KPIs. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across business, UX, content, data, and technology. ### **To succeed, you’ll need experience in…** * Using and understanding spoken and written language, with a certain sensitivity. * Team management. * Negotiating across different departments. * Facilitating collaborative working sessions. * Taking a cross-functional view of experience. * Working with market tools that enable virtual assistant training/construction, and understanding how this impacts conversational logic and user experience design. * Staying current with innovations, discourse, and trends regarding AI applications in conversational design. * Working in **agile environments**. ### **At Garaje, we value people who…** Take pride in their work, give their best, always have fun, are courageous and willing to take risks, learn from mistakes, and love what they do.
