If you are organized, motivated to learn, and keen to grow in a dynamic environment, we would love to welcome you! **INTERNSHIP / CONCIERGE TRAINEE** **What will you do in this role?** The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized and exclusive service to our VIP guests, managing guest requirements, and supporting the coordination of activities and services—a superb opportunity for those wishing to develop expertise in customer service, hotel management, and gain a unique experience in a prestigious setting. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Disseminating information about available hotel services, ensuring our guests are fully aware of all offerings. * Managing the hotel’s VIP service, delivering exclusive and personalized treatment. * Providing personalized attention to VIP guests, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. * Organizing, scheduling, and accompanying various guided tours or Fam Trips, showcasing the best of Madrid and its culture. * Resolving guest complaints or requests, guaranteeing a unique experience. * Maintaining an up-to-date daily log of actions and incidents to ensure service continuity. * Handling telephone inquiries related to the hotel or its events. * Coordinating airport transfers to and from the hotel, as well as other services, ensuring quality service for our guests. **What are we looking for?** * Currently pursuing studies in tourism, hospitality, or related fields. + **Mandatory:** ability to sign an internship agreement. * Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). French knowledge is preferred; additional languages are considered an asset. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in an organized manner and resolve issues promptly. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. **What do we offer?** * International training: Learn from experienced professionals in the hospitality sector. * Internship contract for 6 months, 35 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. * Study allowance + meal voucher.
