### **The Role \& Key Responsibilities**
**Job Title**: Commercial Technician
**Location**: Field-based role covering the regions of Aragon and Catalonia
**Contract Type**: Permanent, 40 hours per week. 80% travel within the region and 20% remote work.
If you are motivated to develop a role where technical expertise and close customer engagement go hand in hand, this is a unique opportunity for you. As a Commercial Technician at AB Neo, you will join a dynamic team in Fraga, combining a practical field approach (70% technical) with building strong commercial relationships (30%), advising customers and driving innovative solutions in their operations. You will play a key role in accompanying farms, conducting trials, and generating long-term value. Additionally, you will join a company undergoing rapid expansion across Europe and Latin America, opening an exciting professional growth path at the technical level within the European market for ambitious and high-potential candidates.
**Responsibilities:**
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, providing them with up-to-date information on products and sector trends.
* Collaborate with AB Neo’s internal team to design and implement product trials, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
* Identify new customer opportunities and support product sales through clear and relevant technical knowledge.
* Organise an annual regional technical meeting and participate in ongoing product trials and development.
* Ensure compliance with animal feed safety processes and carry out all tasks to the highest standards.
Skills and Experience
* Required: Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or Animal Science and Health.
* Desirable: Master’s degree in Swine Health and Production.
* Basic Excel skills and technical knowledge of animal nutrition or health.
* Excellent communication skills and an extroverted, team-oriented attitude.
* Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
