The PositionThis is a highly visible role. You will be at the forefront of the restaurant bar, crafting classic and signature cocktails, managing beverage service, and acting as one of the first points of contact with guests. Technical proficiency, sound judgment, and presence are equally essential. ### **Requirements** Your ResponsibilitiesAt the Bar– Prepare classic and signature cocktails with precision, consistency, and impeccable presentation– Manage beverage service at the bar and in the dining room, coordinating closely with the F\& B team– Develop and update the cocktail menu in collaboration with F\& B management– Monitor stock levels, maintain order and cleanliness at the bar during and after service– Manage beverage inventory, place orders, and monitor losses with sound judgment– Stay current on trends in mixology, spirits, wines, and food pairingsWith the Team– Collaborate closely with front-of-house, kitchen, and management to deliver seamless service– Handle special guest requests and preferences with meticulous attention to detail– Support team training in beverage knowledge, food pairings, and service standards– Serve as an ambassador of Boho culture from behind the bar: approachable, knowledgeable, and uniquely stylish– Actively participate in pre-service briefings and product tastingsAs Part of the Team– Arrive energized and with a positive attitude—even during the most demanding shifts– Step in wherever the team needs support without losing focus on the bar– Participate in product trainings, tastings, and cocktail menu development sessions– Take guest feedback seriously and use it to continuously refine our offeringsWhat We Are Looking For– Proven experience as a bartender in luxury hotels or acclaimed cocktail bars– Technical mastery of classic and signature mixology, spirits, wines, and beverage service– Ability to confidently manage the bar during high-volume service periods– Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus– Genuinely approachable with guests: engaging in conversation, exercising sound judgment, and commanding presence– Responsible, creative, proactive, and possessing a true team spirit– Passionate about beverages, mixology, and the art of luxury hospitality
