The Data & Artificial Intelligence Department at SIDN is looking for new talent to join us in a hybrid work model from our offices in Granada, collaborating with some of our key clients. We are looking for a professional with optimal autonomy to manage projects end-to-end, who demonstrates an adaptive and proactive mindset in response to the pace of technological change, and who delivers real value while working in multidisciplinary teams. **What will you do?** * Define and implement advanced predictive models using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems for our clients. * Design and evolve AI-powered products and infrastructures using cutting-edge tools and models available in the market. * Independently plan and execute AI/ML projects, identifying objectives, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. * Design scalable infrastructures for AI models and agents. * Automate inefficient manual processes—both internal and external—to optimize workflows and increase departmental productivity. * Integrate knowledge sources to feed AI models and enhance their contextual understanding. * Actively collaborate with internal teams and clients to align AI solutions with strategic business goals. * Lead pre-sales tasks: plan technological architecture, define the technology stack, co-develop technical proposals with the New Business team, and present solutions directly to clients. **What do we expect from you?** **Competencies** * Ability to learn and proactively stay continuously at the forefront of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI and data. * Clear communication to effectively convey complex ideas and architectures to both technical and business audiences. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills to tackle large-scale challenges through creative, AI-based solutions. * Organization and planning to efficiently manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across comprehensive projects. * Results orientation to consistently focus on business impact, technical excellence, and implementation quality. **Knowledge and Experience** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Technical experience: 2–3 years of demonstrable experience implementing AI projects and developing machine learning solutions. * Required skills: Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, plus demonstrable experience developing AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. * Cloud environments: Solid experience implementing cloud-based solutions, especially on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure. * Valuable qualifications: Familiarity with frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; possession of technical certifications in data science or machine learning.
