In our elderly care residence, we are seeking to hire **a geriatric caregiver with a permanent position** to join our direct care team. **Job conditions:** * **Permanent contract**. * **Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week**. * **Short-week and long-week work regime**: * Short week: **Wednesday and Thursday**. * Long week: **Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday**. * **Split shift**: from **7:00 AM to 1:30 PM**, and from **3:00 PM to 8:00 PM**. * **Immediate start**. **Economic conditions:** * **Prorated extra payments**. * **Holiday pay supplement for worked holidays**. * **Salary according to the sector's collective agreement**. **Main responsibilities:** * Direct care and assistance to the center’s users. * Support in basic daily activities (feeding, hygiene, mobility, etc.). * Accompaniment and close interaction with residents. * Collaboration with the center’s interdisciplinary team.
