Position Summary: We are seeking a purchasing administrator to manage orders, track deliveries, and handle claims, coordinating with the warehouse in the construction and cement sector. Key Points: 1. End-to-end order management and delivery tracking in the industrial sector. 2. SAP handling for goods receipts, returns, and order confirmations. 3. 30-hour weekly schedule, morning shift, Monday to Friday. We are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks in the purchasing department of a company in the construction and cement sector located in Les Franqueses del Vallès. Responsibilities include full management of orders for raw materials, finished products, packaging, tanks, pallets, and factory consumables; delivery tracking; and filing supplier claims. The role also involves administrative receipt of materials, validation of delivery notes, and coordination with the warehouse. Proficiency in SAP is required to manage receipts, returns, and confirmations, as well as archiving related documents. Previous experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and an administrative profile are required, preferably with training in Administration and Finance. Knowledge of procurement, receiving, and stock processes, as well as proficiency in office tools—especially Excel—is highly valued. The working schedule is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift, approximately from 08:00 to 14:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in a similar position. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Living near the workplace is an advantage.
