Primary Function Advise customers on the sale of vehicle straightening and painting services, based on the company’s pricing policies and procedures, as well as those established by insurance companies, to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Inspect the quality and cleanliness of completed work to ensure customer satisfaction. * Follow the service and customer care protocol to ensure customer satisfaction. * Conduct follow-up phone calls to customers regarding repair progress to ensure customer satisfaction. * Deliver vehicles promptly and with high performance to ensure customer satisfaction. * Deliver vehicles within the promised delivery date to ensure customer satisfaction. * Provide clear explanations about repairs at the time of vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. * Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
