**Objective**

The Fundació Catalana Síndrome de Down promotes and safeguards respect for the inherent dignity and equality of rights, freedoms, and opportunities for all individuals with Down syndrome or other intellectual disabilities.
We are seeking a person to join our Administration and Finance department and lead grant and public funding management, ensuring project and service financing in alignment with FCSD’s mission, vision, and values.
**Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Identify and monitor public and private calls for proposals to which the Foundation may apply.
* Lead the Grant and Public Funding Management Procedure, coordinating participation by relevant departments under the supervision of the Finance Directorate.
* Prepare and submit applications, justifications, and all documentation required by the issuing bodies.
* Maintain internal control tools (costs, activity-based funding, expense allocation) and prepare project budgets.
* Report to the Finance Directorate and participate in database management and cross-departmental entity activities.
**Requirements:**
* Higher vocational qualification in Administration and Finance or equivalent degree.
* Specialized training in grant management, public finance, or administration of nonprofit organizations.
* 3–5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within the third sector.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace, advanced Microsoft Office, CRM systems, advanced Excel, and online administrative procedures.
* Catalan at C1 level (or equivalent) and intermediate English (First Certificate or equivalent).

**We Offer:**
* Permanent contract.
* Weekly working hours: 30, scheduled Monday to Friday, with flexible timing to be agreed.
* Possibility of remote work on several days per week.
* Salary: €25,000 gross annually, paid in 14 installments.
