Internship in the Finance Department At **Instituto Clavel**, a private medical clinic located in Barcelona, we are seeking a student to join the Finance Department and support administrative and accounting tasks within a real-world and dynamic environment. **Start Date:** September 2026 **Location:** Barcelona **Duration:** According to the hours stipulated in the agreement with the university or educational institution (minimum of 6 months preferred) **Schedule:** Mornings **Type of Internship:** Paid Main Responsibilities * Organizing documents and preparing reports. * Assisting with settlements with mutual insurance companies and managing tasks on the Ekon platform. * Reviewing bank transaction records and supporting treasury operations. * Entering consumption data and delivery notes into the IQS system. * Reviewing expense provisions for monthly closing. Requirements * University student majoring in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools (a proficiency test will be administered). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. * **Mandatory: Ability to formalize a training agreement with your university or educational institution.** What We Offer * Paid internship. * Hands-on experience in the finance department of a private clinic. * Tutoring and ongoing support throughout the internship period. * A close-knit and collaborative team eager to guide you.
