As our only internal financial professional, you will play a key role in implementing robust accounting systems and driving our economic growth. ### **Your responsibilities** * **Full accounting**: recording of accounting entries, monthly closing, and reconciliations. * **Financial reporting and analysis**: preparation of management reports; development of forecasting models and cash flow projections. * **Operational support**: design and improvement of collections (customers) and payments (suppliers) processes, as well as monthly closing routines. * **System design**: collaborate with the CEO and external consultants to implement scalable accounting workflows in A3 ERP. * **Continuous improvement**: propose and implement new tools, automations, or dashboards to optimize visibility and efficiency. ### **Ideal candidate profile** #### **Education and qualifications** * University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. * Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent Spanish certification). #### **Experience** * Minimum 2 years in corporate accounting roles (startups or SMEs are valued; not exclusively NGO/association profiles). #### **Technical skills** * Proficiency with A3 ERP (standard in Spain). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA not required). #### **Languages** * Spanish: professional fluency. * English: minimum level B2 (report writing in English required). * Other languages: an added advantage. #### **Personal skills** * Highly ambitious, proactive, and fast learner. * Strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective. * Comfortable working independently and in remote teams. ### **Benefits and perks** * Flexible benefits package (customized for top candidates). * Hybrid model: up to 2 remote workdays per week (3 office days recommended; possibility of more remote days if preferred). * Flexible working hours during peak season (June) with flexible compensation. * Direct access to senior management and international exposure. * Opportunities for rapid career growth. ### **How to apply** Send your CV, a brief cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate, and **an example of your excellence**.
