Job Summary: We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules, ensuring a smooth transition and achievement of business objectives. We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant to join our team! As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules for our clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to guarantee success at every stage of the project. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze business requirements and translate them into specific Workday configurations. * Design and configure functional solutions in modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Recruiting. * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integration and migration. * Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate configurations. * Train key users and provide post-implementation support. * Stay up to date with the latest Workday updates and functionalities. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant. * Strong knowledge of business processes related to Human Resources, Finance, or Talent Management. * Workday certification (desirable). * Ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
