Description

This position involves active participation in the production lines of a food processing plant. The main tasks focus on operating various industrial equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing, packaging, and quality control processes. The professional will integrate into a dynamic environment where precision and strict adherence to established procedures are essential to guarantee food safety and final product quality. Responsibilities include operating specialized machinery such as automatic packaging machines, cooking ovens, industrial fryers, and pasteurization systems. Performing basic maintenance and continuous monitoring of equipment operation is essential, with prompt reporting of any anomalies or deviations from operational standards. Additionally, manual supporting tasks integral to the production process must be performed, contributing to achieving established volume and efficiency targets. The role requires commitment to industrial hygiene and safety regulations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a production environment that prioritizes operational excellence. Continuous training is a cornerstone of this position, enabling the operator to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements applied along the food production chain.
