#### **Mission** From the Operations and Engineering Directorate, we seek to incorporate a trainee into our Operational Efficiency and Quality Department in Madrid, whose main mission will be to support the implementation of digitalization projects and monitor their progress. #### **Responsibilities** * Help identify initiatives, projects, and technologies that contribute to delivering added value to the company. * Understand business needs by researching and analyzing technological solutions that address improvement opportunities. * Collaborate in coordinating and deploying technological systems, planning and controlling the development of various design phases and transition to production, to ensure achievement of objectives and alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science. * Master's in Data is desirable. * Experience: Not required; experience in the energy sector is advantageous. * IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, and Power Apps. * Languages: English level B2\. * Competencies: Teamwork capability, clear communication skills with message adaptation for different stakeholders, strong analytical and synthesis abilities when handling large volumes of information.
