TASKS Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. Perform assigned tasks related to food preparation and presentation. Carry out scheduled periodic cleaning as outlined in the established plan. Handle food in compliance with current regulations. Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. REQUIREMENTS Experience in gastronomic hotels. Proactivity and dynamism. Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented. Experience in restaurants or hotels. WE OFFER Start date in SEPTEMBER 40h / 25h weekly contract.
