We are seeking an **ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR** to join a leading cooperative in the fields of advisory and consulting services. The selected candidate will become part of a professional and collaborative team, with opportunities to acquire new knowledge and develop expertise through specialized projects related to Compensation Board management.
**Responsibilities**
----------
* Perform accounting recording of transactions: invoicing for clients and suppliers, bank reconciliations, and other routine accounting entries.
* Support tax preparation and management of documentation required to fulfill clients’ tax obligations.
* Prepare and monitor financial and accounting statements.
* Participate in preparing management reports and supporting documentation for technical staff in the department.
* Manage administrative tasks linked to accounting activities: document control, database updates, and support in organizing internal processes.
* Maintain close client relationships, responding to inquiries and tracking assigned tasks.
* Participate in the administrative management of Compensation Boards, assisting in documentary and administrative follow-up of projects.
**Requirements**
--------------
* Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Sciences, or equivalent qualification.
* Additional training in Accounting.
* **MANDATORY**: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in advisory firms, management agencies, or accounting departments.
* Highly valued: Experience with SAGE Despatxos or SAGE 200\.
* Organizational ability, rigor, and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Capacity for learning and interest in professional development in new management areas.
* Prior experience in Compensation Boards is not required. The selected candidate will receive necessary training to perform these functions.

* Indefinite-term contract.
* Fixed annual gross salary of €24,750, with possibility of variable incentives based on professional performance and contribution.
* Full-time schedule:
Working hours from Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
* Intensive Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
* One day of remote work per week.
