If you want to join an organisation that values our differences, we are looking for you! **What will your day-to-day be like?** -------------------------------- We are seeking a Second-Class Mechanic or Electromechanic for our workshop located in Valencia. If you hold a medium- or higher-level qualification in electromechanics or automotive engineering, and you are interested in working for our company, don’t hesitate to apply! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Performing maintenance and repair tasks on our fleet of electric and combustion-engine buses. * Diagnosing and resolving issues in advanced electrical and mechanical systems. * Participating in the installation and maintenance of state-of-the-art systems such as high-voltage batteries and driving sensors. * Collaborating with the technical team to implement process improvements. **What do we offer you?** ---------------------- **\- Contract type:** Permanent. **\- Working hours:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating and split shifts: * 7:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00 * 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00 * 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00 Weekend on-call duties will be required. **\- Salary:** Approximately €1,674 gross per month \+ 3 extra payments \+ on-call allowances. **\- Innovation and professional development:** You will work with the most advanced technologies in the automotive sector, such as electric motors. **\- Continuous training:** Access to specialised training programmes in electric mobility. **\- A dynamic professional environment:** You will participate in challenging projects transforming transport and mobility. **\- Career plan:** Opportunity to grow within a company committed to its employees’ development. * We provide you with the **“Alsalud”** programme, enabling you to maintain healthy lifestyle habits. * You will receive the Alsa Plus employee card, granting you and your immediate family significant benefits on bus travel and substantial discounts at numerous establishments. * You will have the opportunity to take part in our volunteer initiatives. * We recognise employees who best embody our Values in their daily work. **What do we expect from you?** ------------------------- * Qualification: Medium- or higher-level qualification in electromechanics, automotive engineering or related fields. * Experience: Prior experience in electric or hybrid vehicle maintenance is valued (not mandatory—we will train you!). * Interest in innovation: Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning. * Attitude: Proactivity, responsibility and teamwork. * Holding a Class D driving licence is a plus. **Our commitment to equal opportunities** At Alsa we promote diversity and equal opportunities.
