Comprehensive documentation and logistics management in the workshop **Workshop Administrator** ========================== **About Us** ------------------ We are a global company specializing in renting and pay-per-use of tools, machinery, structures, and industrial equipment, with over 10 years of experience across a wide range of applications and sectors: construction, rehabilitation, events, industry, installation, gardening, cleaning, and DIY. **Job Description** -------------------------- For our workshop located in Sant Quirze del Vallès, we are selecting a Workshop Administrator. **Responsibilities and Duties** -------------------------------- * Control of delivery notes, invoices, and work orders. * Filing and organization of technical and administrative documentation. * Inventory and material or spare parts order management. * Coordination with suppliers and monitoring of deliveries. * Preparation of work reports for operators. * Management of machine charges due to defects, breakdowns, and repairs. **Required Qualifications** ------------------------- * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration or equivalent. * Proven experience in a similar position. * Valid driver’s license, as you will need to visit other work centers once or twice per month. * Residence in Sabadell, Sant Quirze, or surrounding areas. * Proficiency in computer use. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **What We Offer** ------------- * Stable employment project * Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week * Opportunity for career growth **Details** ------------ ### **Employment Type** Full-time ### **Salary** €23,000 – €25,000 gross/year ### **Number of Vacancies** 1 **Homs Rentals – Sant Quirze del Vallès** ------------------------------------------ **Share this job posting** ------------------------- Follow us!
