Top Employer Europe 2024 **Job Description** We are currently looking for a Unix/Linux Systems Administrator to perform the following responsibilities: * Installation, configuration, and administration of desktop computers in Linux / Unix Solaris environments * Installation, configuration, and administration of server operating systems * Skills related to VMware/OLVM virtualization system administration * Experience handling incident management and asset management tools * Methodologies and best practices in IT service management * Advanced administration of Linux/Unix operating systems * Knowledge of backup systems and SAN administration * Familiarity with NetApp and IBM storage systems is desirable **Requirements** Higher Vocational Training or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science * Linux technology certifications are desirable. * VMware Certified Associate certification is desirable. * Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role. **Additional Information** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (hybrid: on-site and remote). The client requires partial on-site presence at their facilities or at Inetum’s office. There are actually three modalities: client on-site, Inetum on-site, and telework.
