**Our vacancy and your responsibilities**
To support the expansion of our Iberian Peninsula Technical Assistance Service Coordination team, we are seeking to hire, at our Madrid office: **Technical Assistance Service Coordinator (SAT) \- Dispatcher**
You will join our national Scheduling \& Dispatching team, responsible for scheduling and coordinating external technical assistance activities carried out by our SAT Technician team.
The types of interventions to be coordinated require short-term planning and scheduling. Our customers include industries in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, and cosmetic sectors, as well as research centers and/or universities, among others.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and adjust scheduled and assigned service orders, based on the technical profiles/knowledge of the zone team technicians and their availability.
* Coordinate with customers to confirm appointments and availability to ensure successful service delivery.
* Maintain constant communication with SAT Technicians to share intervention details and resolve any changes or incidents that may arise.
* Maintain accurate records of service orders, including work status, technician assignments, and completion times.
* Support SAT Technicians with administrative/support tasks (e.g., preparing work orders, inventory tracking, logistics coordination, billing, and other coordination-dependent tasks).
* Develop and maintain smooth, positive communication both with assigned customers and with the SAT Technician team.
* Collaborate closely with Fault/Incident Coordinators.
**What you need**
* Technical education or solid knowledge ensuring the ability to understand and operate effectively in a technical environment.
* Minimum two years’ experience in technical service and personnel planning, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service scheduling software.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain and analyze data for decision-making purposes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a team-oriented mindset.
* Customer- and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to anticipate and respond promptly and effectively to customer needs.
* Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Good knowledge of the geography of the assigned area (North and/or Central regions).
* Residence in Madrid, San Fernando de Henares, or nearby areas.
* We seek a candidate who has performed functional planning/coordinating roles in an ideally technical assistance environment (e.g., coordination of external technical service, preventive/corrective maintenance teams in industrial plants or networks of centers/stores), or in a different environment (e.g., coordination, transportation, logistics), provided the above-mentioned characteristics are present.
