Agencia Canteras, a national company specializing in groupage transport to the Canary Islands, with over 30 years of experience as a customs agent on the islands and with collection, loading, and shipment platforms in Alicante, Barcelona, and Madrid. For its Barcelona delegation, it seeks a **Traffic Assistant with experience in the transportation or freight forwarding sector**. Responsibilities will include managing pickup requests for exports to the Canary Islands, arranging pickups, monitoring our transportation providers, entering export shipments into the system, handling the necessary customs documentation, closing documentation for loaded export containers, and performing other supporting tasks for the Traffic Department. **Formal Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in International Trade, Administration, or equivalent **Experience:** At least one year of experience in transportation or freight forwarding companies performing these duties Technical and commercial knowledge of cargo management Familiarity with maritime export operations Experience in groupage traffic to the Canary Islands is highly desirable. **Computer Skills:** Advanced user-level office software proficiency **Offered:** Immediate incorporation into a leading company in the sector currently undergoing expansion. Indefinite-term contract. Salary according to collective agreement: €20,300 gross annual Full-time schedule according to company shift roster. Split shifts with one afternoon off (Monday or Tuesday).
