**CNC Lathe Operator** =============== We need to hire a person to perform the duties of a CNC Lathe Operator with experience — someone who masters their work and operates the machine autonomously. We need to hire one lathe operator proficient in Fanuc CNC systems and another proficient in Mazatrol language. ### **Responsibilities:** * Setup and programming of CNC lathes. * Operation of Fanuc and Mazatrol controls. * Machining of individual parts and short/medium production runs. * Adjustment of dimensions, offsets, and parameters. * Interpretation of engineering drawings and part verification. * Continuous process improvement together with the technical team. ### **Requirements:** * Setup and programming of CNC lathes. * Autonomous programming from scratch on Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controls. * Adjustment to H7 tolerance. * Interpretation of engineering drawings and part verification. ### **What we offer:** * Integration into a serious, long-term industrial project. * Intensive morning shift from Monday to Friday (07:00–15:00). * Technical work, variety of parts, and genuine autonomy. * Negotiable salary within the range of 30\-36k If you seek a stable project, a salary above industry standards, and real potential to increase your income, this position may suit you.
