Main Responsibilities In-person sales of products and services. Making telephone calls to finalize budgets. Carrying out the contracting process in person, by phone, or via email, and sending contractual documentation where applicable. Assisting users to resolve any doubts regarding service subscriptions (in person, via email, or by phone). Resolving incidents and performing basic management tasks related to subscribed services, such as router replacements, cancellations and changes of contract holder, mobile-related incidents, etc. Responsibility for store inventory, cash register control, and store image. Ensuring implementation of promotional campaigns. Acting as the user’s point of contact to channel their requests and needs.
